I contacted Antalya Transferry and they were incredibly helpful. There were no problems with changing our booking and they handled it all quickly and professionally. As an additional positive surprise, they even upgraded our home transport to a comfortable Mercedes Vito at no extra cost. It was really good customer service and put the dot over the i on an otherwise stressful situation. The drivers were punctual, friendly and professional, and the communication was easy all through.
